The effects of an onabotulinumtoxinA injection are temporary. Your symptoms may return completely within 3 months. After repeat injections, it may take less and less time before your symptoms return, especially if your body develops antibodies to the botulinum toxin.

Severity of Wrinkles/Lines: Deeper, more established wrinkles that are present even when the face is at rest (static lines) might require more units than finer lines that only appear with movement (dynamic lines).

It is not known if RADIESSE® or RADIESSE® (+) is safe or effective in the lips, or in the area around the eyes.

WARNING: DISTANT SPREAD OF TOXIN EFFECT Postmarketing reports indicate that the effects of BOTOX and all botulinum toxin products may spread from the area of injection to produce symptoms consistent with botulinum toxin effects. These may include asthenia, generalized muscle weakness, diplopia, ptosis, dysphagia, dysphonia, dysarthria, urinary incontinence and breathing difficulties. These symptoms have been reported hours to weeks after injection. Swallowing and breathing difficulties can be life threatening and radiesse there have been reports of death.
